Who we are

Ahdā means “eagle” in the Denek’éh (Kaska) language; the eagle is a sacred and respected being that represents the strength, connection and responsibility between the physical world and the Creator. This meaning guides our work and how we support communities, grounding our approach in respect, responsibility, intention, and purpose.

Ahdā Views Consulting Services Inc. is a Yukon First Nations-owned, registered, and operated consulting firm based in Watson Lake, Yukon, on the traditional territory of the Kaska Dena. Grounded in community, culture, and lived experience, we work alongside First Nations governments and organizations to advance initiatives that strengthen wellbeing, governance, housing, and infrastructure, supporting self-determination through action.

Our work brings together governance support, health and wellness program initiatives, housing & infrastructure planning, and funding strategy development to move community priorities from vision into reality. We support the full path of project advancement—from early planning, feasibility, and engagement through design development to funding, implementation, and delivery—ensuring each initiative is culturally aligned, community-driven, and built for lasting impact.

At our core, we are guided by Indigenous ways of knowing and being, and a commitment to relationships, accountability, and future generations. It is an honour to stand alongside our partners in advancing work that strengthens identity, builds capacity, and supports healthier, more resilient communities for future generations.
